At Mily Tech, we're building a new category of software for last-mile logistics — and we're looking for someone to help us take our story further with sharper messaging, bigger launches, and a louder presence in the market. Join our growing marketing team as a Product Marketing Associate.

• Craft clear, compelling messaging that explains what we built, who it's for, and why it matters — balancing individual product stories with a broader platform narrative.
• Run customer interviews and discovery sessions to deepen understanding of buyer needs, pain points, and language — and feed those insights back into messaging and product thinking.
• Translate releases into compelling launch moments across landing pages, blogs, emails, product updates, and social.
• Create Sales enablement materials that move deals forward, including sales narratives, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
• Shape in-app messaging, onboarding experience, and lifecycle campaigns that drive product adoption and stickiness.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs and product knowledge into sharper messaging and better launches.

• You come from a marketing, sales, or product background, and you're looking to bring that experience into a dedicated Product Marketing role.
• You write with clarity and personality. You have a knack for making complex ideas feel simple.
• You're autonomous and collaborative in equal measure. You're happy to own your work end-to-end while also being able to keep cross-functional projects moving.
• You're genuinely curious and quick to learn. You dig into the details, get hands-on with the product, and connect dots that others miss.
• You love finding creative ways to tell a story and communicate value.
• You're comfortable running experiments and using data to make better decisions.
• You're fluent in English.

‍Mily Technologies is a Munich-based startup developing vertical SaaS solutions to help parcel and postal operators solve last-mile delivery challenges.
