Content Lead

At Mily Tech, we're building a new category of software for last-mile logistics – and we're looking for someone to help us tell that story well. We're in search of a Content Lead who can turn deep customer and industry knowledge into content that sticks, giving us a distinct voice and point of view in the market. 

• Own and evolve Mily Tech's voice and content playbook, defining how we show up in the last-mile space, from first touch to deep engagement.
• Write content that people actually read: guides, success stories, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, highly personalized pieces, and more.
• Talk to industry professionals, dig into how they work and the challenges they’re facing, and turn it into meaningful stories.
• Lead storytelling initiatives – thought leadership campaigns, creative collaborations, and more.
• Experiment with formats, angles, and channels, and cut what doesn't work. 
• Work closely with Research to turn original research into content only we can create, giving us a genuinely unique point of view.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to distribute and reuse content across channels.

• You've spent 3+ years in content and storytelling, ideally in B2B.
• You write with clarity and personality. You have a knack for making complex ideas feel simple.
• You own the process end-to-end, and you're always looking for smarter ways to do it.
• You empathize with the audience and have an ear that can pick up the most painful problems.
• You know why a content piece should exist before you create.
• You're independent and collaborative in equal measure. 
• You're curious, a fast learner, and dig into research most people skip.
• You're fluent in English.
